I plan to use the gear for gigging, it remains fairly untested for on the road.

Signal chain order:
(1.) Compressor ~~~~~ (2.) EQ ~~~~~ (3.) Anti Feedback

Equalization of frequencies can be before or after compression. It is after here just so I can clean up any EQ changes the compressor did that were undesirable.

Anti feedback last because I assuming it works best if it "hears" the final version of audio rather than the unprocessed audio.
