Musician Exodus~On a Friday morning
A generation of born again musicians are rising, who:
Are pursuing music as a secular profession/vocation and not as a religious obligation.
Are tired of the immorality in the society and would want to implement kingdom values out there instead of sitting down in the choir and complain about the moral decadence.
Are not concerned about what people in religious institutions think about them as long as they are living in conformity to godly standards, values, and principles.
Are not afraid to shine their light in a dark world where it is needed. Instead of letting their light shine in church every Sunday and Wednesday service.
Are functioning in the understanding that greater is he that is in them, than he that is in the world.
Are taking the mountain of arts and entertainment in the society for God. Instead of talking about how the Illuminati and other Satanic agencies are conspiring to influence the world for Satan.
Are interested in societal influence and affluence and not the peanuts and cucumbers that their religious institution can offer them.
That generation is you and I and we must come to accept that we are the change we're praying for.
Musicians Exodus is a cultural revolution and intellectual evolution for the African musician, propelling him/her to go beyond his/her religious institution and sentiments to make tangible impact in the society.
