Here is a little video about our gamelan group "Gamelan Dewi Malam". I am playing traditional music of Bali for the last two years, and I am finding myself getting more and more hooked!;) It's such a great meditation, and an exercise for our brains, centering & creating the new pathways. You have no choice but being very present.
