The decade of the 60s is considered one of the most prolific at the musical level, since in it emerged outstanding groups that have endured over time and who managed to popularize themes that became great successes that marked this era and passed to the history as classics of popular music.

Among the most representative groups or bands of the time stand out: The beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zepeling, Bee Gees, The Animals, Neil Young, The Hollies, The Marmalade, King Crimson, Tommy James & The Shondells, Procol Harum, Percy Sledge, The-Righteous-Brothers y Ben E King entre otros

This publication is a compilation and selection of information about some of those successes along with their groups or interpreters, in the same I took into consideration only the genre Folk Rock, Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Pop Rock, Prog Rock, Symphonic Rock and pop ballad mainly, some of these songs made mostly by rock bands, which curiously, despite being ballads managed to immortalize, I know there are many more, but today I want to highlight those I heard during my childhood and youth here in < B> Venezuela , they are very special songs that when listening to them evoke beautiful memories of that time, they are the most popular songs of these genres that were broadcast in a radial way and through the sale of records and that today, still they are heard through the different media.
