Robert Nesta Marley was February 1945 at St. Ann, Jamaica, Bob Marley had a white man and a black mother. Where in the 1950s Bob and his family moved to the capital of Jamaica, Kingston. It was in this city that his obsession with music as a profession found an outlet. Bob Marley then listened to R & B and soul music, which later inspired the rhythm of reggae, and on the streets of Kingston he enjoyed the beat of Ska and Steadybeat rhythms and then tried to play it himself in small music studios in Kingston
