Well, I've been playing through the nights for a long time now, but when I started to play, my father showed me the firsts chords on the guitar, and since then sometimes we play together, he is a musician too, don't work with it anymore but have the experience.

One day he came up and invite me to play in a concert with his friends, I agreed, so the band was complete with me, Tyw on Acoustic Guitar, Stanley on the Bass, my father on the Drums, Rubão and Marcos D'Vaz singing.

We gotta a lot of practice before the concert, for months we join in my house to play and discuss the concert, the band was nice, a lot of older musicians and me, I learn to play a bunch of songs for this concert and dedicated some time through this months too...

Big night! All set up!The concert should begin at 10 P.M but there's not a lot of people around yet, so we waited a little longer till' 11 P.M. Everyone was ready to start to play when I looked up and saw the sky come down in a storm! People start to run away from the rain and empty places appeared on the show, we had to unplug everything and keep it away from all the trouble and rain, the floor was waterlogged, the wind was strong and the rain kept falling.

We though that day was over, no cash, no concert and a lot of work to do! An hour gone away and we, fortunately, was ready to play, all plug up, instruments on tune, the people that stood in the place getting around, and we started to play.

The concert was really nice, everyone singing together and really paying attention to every song that we've played. When it was over, a lot of people come to congratulate me and I felt very happy about it.

My father was managing the concert, he rent the place and everything, but because of the rain, a lot of people didn't stay for the concert, so he lose some money and we didn't get paid either, because we're all friends( I'm his son -.-) and we didn't want him to lose more money...

That was the first event of many playing with this band and one more time with my father, I really like to play with him, he was there when I started many years ago and helped me a lot( and continues to help), these days pass with such a speed...

I wanna have a lot of moments playing with my father in my memory, so I play every time that is possible, making sun or raining a lot, I'll keep doing this =]
