Shrooms in View.

Now that it is mushroom season on the coast. I’m excited to see these little mycelial fruiting popping up all over the place.

What’s especially cool is that my young son is continuously asking me to take pictures of them as we are out and about.

I think I’ll make a point to go out and go “mushroom hunting” with him over the next couple of weeks. The mild, but not too cold weather and the abundant rain so far this autumn is making for an epic shroom season.
