Muscle Roast
Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's musculature. An individual who engages in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder.
After engaging in this activity, it demands consistent struggle from us. Bodybuilders use three main strategies to maximize muscle hypertrophy:
(1) Strength training through weights or elastic/hydraulic resistance.
(2) Specialized nutrition, incorporating extra protein and supplements when necessary.
(3) Adequate rest, including sleep and recuperation between workouts.
Bodybuilders often shorten these three steps into the well-known motto "Eat clean, Train hard, Sleep well".
In competitive bodybuilding, bodybuilders aspire to develop and maintain an aesthetically pleasing body and balanced physique. In prejudging, competitors do a series of mandatory poses:
(1) Front lat spread
(2) Rear lat spread
(3) Front double biceps
(4) Back double biceps
(5) Side chest
(6) Side triceps, etc.
