Muscle pain in the workplace is a major problem for many that can cause all sorts of issues. Our muscles can be hurt from a number of different everyday activities that slowly wear away at muscles until pain starts to occur. Accidents and injuries, even after the initial trauma, may injure muscles causing pain and weakness. Repetitive activities like typing or repeated heavy lifting can lead to muscle tightness and pain - most oftenly affecting the back, wrists, and hands. Constant stress from doing something as simple as sitting at a desk can lead to muscle tightness and biomechanical instability.
