The Venezuelan scientific police (CICPC) found evidence, captured the killers and the masterminds, and did not accept money bribes to let them escape because there was pressure from politicians whose reputation had been compromised online in reports in English posted from London. There were also relatives and friends of the murdered woman at the police station where Manuel Andrade was kept. These people had read the shares of Vhealine's articles on Maria's murder on social media and some of them knew about Manuel Andrade because Maria herself had told them about him as well.
Through Maria's facebook network, the name of the mastermind of the crime was also provided mentioned on the reports mentioned by VHEADLINE as well as many other details were provided.
It was not possible for the masterminds to escape the justice system because their names were published on the internet regarding this murder. Many other officials involved in corruption with the mastermind began to be related to the murder scandal, although they were free. These people and other mafia connections where able to find out that I, Jose Herrera, was informing the website in the UK.
Manuel Andrade’s lawyers insisting on requesting the judge to unlink Andrade from murder claiming that internet reports were damaging his reputation. So, their first defense was claiming that VHeadline.com was incriminating him for no reason.
The judge would not be persuaded because of online reports by VHEADLINE and public pressure on higher politicians and diplomats. It became obvious that Vheadline.com (Roy Carson) had a true informant on the case and that his statements assuring he may indeed have folders containing all details involving:
Former Mayor of Guanipa, Freddy Arriojas
Former Mayor of Guanipa Pedro Martínez,
Former municipality council deputies at the Guanipa city hall:
Vilma Marín,
Elizabeth de Mendoza,
Mayra Silva,
Andrés Fajardo,
Carmen Macuare,
Efrén Ruiz
and Alexis Galindo.
Also former Manager at Banco Guayana and former director of Housing (Vivienda) in the town of Guanipa: Argenis Lozada.
