Another action packed and guest filled Alternative Lifestyle Show coming up this Friday.

We have (at least) five more alternative steemians coming along to talk with us on this week's show.

I will be announcing the running order of the interviews shortly but here they are in alphabetical order :

• @woman-onthe-wing - founder of the #makeithealthy project, promoting health and healthy food, based in Ireland.
