Black Panther- Batman's Worthy Rival??

Is it just me or every time a Marvel super hero comes to the lime light, we look for a worthy rival from the DC pool of super heroes and vice versa. Oh well, life wouldn't be fun if we, superhero fans, don't ask ourselves questions like "who would make a worthy rival??". The comparison would be based on 3 key aspects: Box office Grossing, Approval ratings and Audience Commentary.
Review 1- Box Office Grossing :
Black Panther, which was released about a month ago, is grossing at approximately $1.1 Billion ($1.08 Billion to be precise). In comparison, Batman : The Dark Knight Rises which was released in 2012, grossed approximately at $1.1 Billion too!!! ($1.085 Billion to be precise).
Review 2 - Approval Ratings:
For Black Panther, the review aggregate website Rotten Tomatoes reports an approval rating of 97% based on 353 reviews, with an average rating of 8.2/10 while for the Dark Knight, Film review aggregate Rotten Tomatoes gave The Dark Knight Rises an approval rating of 87% based on 345 reviews, and a rating average of 8/10.
We all know how Marvel movies have recently been having higher grossing movies in the box off compared to Dc movies.
Review 3- Commentary:
Frederick Joseph created a GoFundMe campaign said "Black Panther gives a rare opportunity for young students (primarily of color) to see a black major cinematic and comic book character come to life. This representation is truly fundamental for young people, especially those who are often underserved, unprivileged, and marginalized both nationally and globally."
Writing for Time, Jamil Smith felt Black Panther, which he described as a film "about what it means to be black in both America and Africa—and, more broadly, in the world". He added, "In the midst of a regressive cultural and political moment fueled in part by the white-nativist movement, the very existence of Black Panther feels like resistance.
Commenting on The Dark Knight, Salon Writer, David Sirota, a progressive political commentator compared The Dark Knight Rises to 1980s popular culture reflecting the political period of the time, accusing them of perpetuating a conservative agenda.
British publication The Guardian claimed the film "is a quite audaciously capitalist vision, radically conservative, radically vigilante, that advances a serious, stirring proposal that the wish-fulfillment of the wealthy is to be championed if they say they want to do good.

From the above review, it is obvious that Batman can never be a worthy rival Black Panther. In all aspects, Black panther would crush Batman like a fly. Plus the people of Wakanda(me included) got B. Panthers back, who's got yours Batman??
