Quick Review

One of the better monster horror films I've seen. It's influences are on full display but it's treatment of the material is very strong. With only a single misstep in the whole movie it ranks highly among its predecessors.

If you have any affinity for Hellraiser, Reanimator, The Thing, Cronenberg in general, Stephen King in general, HP Lovecraft, Session 9, and even video games like the Resident Evil and Silent Hill series, your gonna have a good time.

Sharply acted, proper effects, nothing groundbreaking but executed very adeptly. Good good stuff.
