A dark world, where evil deeds are told.

With skills so sharp, and a will so strong,
He navigates Paris, where his quest belongs,
Through alleys dark, and streets so wide,
He tracks the villains, with a determined stride.

Luc Besson's vision, a concept so grand,
A father's anguish, that takes its stand,
With Pierre Morel's direction, the pace is set,
For a thrilling ride, where action is met.

The script may have flaws, and characters so thin,
But Neeson's performance, makes the story spin,
With moral questions, that arise in the night,
About justice and accountability, in the fight.

The film's impact, on the genre so bright,
Has left a mark, that shines with all its might,
With sequels and series, that followed in its wake,
Taken's legacy, will forever be at stake.

A movie imperfect, yet thrilling to the core,
With themes that resonate, and a story to explore,
Of a father's love, that conquers all fear,
Taken stands tall, as a hero's tale so clear.
