Whats happening with Solo: A Star Wars Story?
After sudden change of directors from Chris Miller and Phil Lord to Ron Howard after just few shoot had left Ron Howard worked on the movie for another four months. Fans are speculating that he reshot major part of the movie and changed the concept vision.
Four months are left until movie is released and yet there is not single trailer, "sudden" backstage leakes nor a poster. except one cockpit scene with the main cast. It looks like Disney (Lucas Arts) gave up from as it could be a box office bomb. Today Donald Glover stated that it didn't really change but that s hardly believable.
I like Star Wars but I think that no one asked for this movie. In my opinion it is not good for the quality of the Star Wars Movie Universe to over expand. Like it is case with the MCU.

Bad Times at the El Royale
The cast for Bad Times at the El Royale directed by Drew Coddard is growing with some exceptionall actors. After directing Cabin in the Woods this Coddard's second feature film and he allready got actors like Russel Crowe, Jeff Bridges, Chris Hemsworth (previously in Cabin in the Woods), Dakota Fanning and Dakota Johnson. It set to start filming this month.
The movie is set in 1960's were the main cast find themselves in a hotel in the Lake Tahoe region in California. It is definately on my radar after seeing the cast and expecting to see a good job at the directing this noir piece from Drew Coddard.
Full script for Thor: Ragnarok
Disney released the full script for Thor: Ragnarok for their campaign for Best Adapted Screenplay award.
The script was written by Eric Pearson, Craig Kyle and Christopher L. Yo relatively new screen writers that in my opinion did a great job transformating Thor from a serious god to a more comedy friendly character, because he really needed that after two relatively dissapointing movie imo.
I didn't get through script. I would like to take time, but Commicbook.com pointed the writers included many beats that director Taika Waititi and the actors translated to the silver screen.
Super Mario Bros movie?
Nintendo's president Tatsumi Kimishima said that he hopes that they will come to an agreement with a partner for Super Mario Bros movie, possibly Illumination Entertainment.
He said that if aggrement happens final annoucement will soon to be realeased and that movie could be ready by 2020.
Dr.Doom movie still happening
Noah Hawley the director of the Dr.Doom solo movie reboot revealed that the movie is still happening despite the buy of 20thCenturyFox by Disney. Marvel is rebooting Wolverine, the X Men and the Fantastic Four putting Victor Von Doom in trouble. Reportedly Mads Mikkelsen is interested for the leading role.
