RELEASE OF 'BACK TO THE FUTURE 4' IN 2017
LOS ANGELES – Universal Studios has announced the release of a fourth film in the ‘Back to The Future’ series earlier today, October 21, 2015, which is the memorable date that Marty and Doc traveled to in ‘Back to The Future 2’. According to Universal Studios, “Back to The Future 4′ will be released in 2017.
Today is an iconic date in history—it marks the date in Back to The Future 2, which was depicted with flying cars, hoverboards, self tying Nike sneakers, and even the Chicago Cubs winning the World Series. Of course, most of the Future predictions of Back to The Future 2 have not come true yet, although very close, especially The Cubs winning the World Series. However, one thing has come true… The date itself! And what perfect time than today to announce a fourth installment in the classic movie series.
“There was no better time than now” says Bob Gale, who co-produced The original Back to The Future trilogy and has now returned to produce the fourth film, “We know there’s a lot of fans, so we thought we can give everyone what they never expected. This will be the best film of the Back To The Future series yet. According to Gale, the original cast has returned to help film the movie, including Michael J Fox as Marty McFly, Christopher Llyod as Doctor Emmet “Doc” Brown, Lea Thompson as Lorraine McFly, Crispin Glover as George McFly, Thomas F. Wilson as Biff Tannen, and Claudia Wells as Jennifer Parker.
Ladies and Gentleman, the film will release in 2017. Will you be able to wait that long? Or will you build a DeLorean time machine and travel to that date?
