What distinguishes a so bad it's so good movie from a just bad one.

Lots of people are used to consider lots of movies in negative ways: bad, awful, garbage.
But what differentiate an awful movie from a so bad it's so good one?

In my opinion there are two wordkeys
Secondo me ci sono due parole chiave:

BORING
When you have a movie that is not really awful or good, that's a problem.
Sure, you'll find some good point of strength in it, but you won't remember it in time.
Talking about time, that's the biggest issue with these movies!
How many times have you watched a movie where nothing happens for a good chunck of it?
There are movies where almost nothing happens in like a third of the entire length of it, and you are ready to stop it after only 10 minutes.

NOIOSO
Quando guardi un film che non è nè brutto nè bello, è la cosa peggiore che ci sia.
Sicuramente è un film in cui ci sono diversi punti di forza, ma non te lo ricorderai mai nel tempo.
Parlando di tempo, è proprio quello il loro problema!
Quante volte ti è capitato di vedere un film dove non accade nulla per una buona parte di esso?
Ci sono film dove non accade nulla per quasi un terzo della sua durata, e per questo sei già pronto a fermarlo dopo appena 10 minuti.

MEDIOCRE
When you have a movie that is a masterpiece, you'll stay attached to the screen for it's entire length.
When you have a movie that is a monsterpiece and that is awful in every part of it, it's usually so bad that you laugh at it, thinking that anyone would have done a better job. And this thing is even bigger when you watch it with friends.

But then you have movie that are in the middle: not good, nor bad. Just ok
In my opinion those are the movies that do not do a good job in entertaining people for a simple reason: you won't remember it as much.

Sure, you'll remember some jokes from Epic Movie or Disaster Movie. But I can assure you that you'll remember a lot more from other movies a lot worse like the Room or Dingo Picture's dinosaur adventure (thank you profile pic :) )

MEDIOCRE
Quando guardi un film che è un capolavoro, rimani attaccato allo schermo per tutta la durata.
Quando vedi un film terribile, ed è terribile in ogni sua parte, la maggior parte delle volte è talmente terribile che fa il giro su se stesso e diventa bello. Ti intrattiene facendoti ridere da quanto è brutto. E l'esperienza è ancora più bella se condivisa con gli amici.

Ma poi guardi film che non è bello e nemmeno brutto, ma solo ok.
Ecco, quelli per me sono film davvero brutti perchè falliscono nel loro scopo principale: intrattenere le persone. E perchè le persone non ottengono un'esperienza piacevole è molto facile che se lo dimentichino quasi completamente.

Certo, ti ricorderai qualche battuta di film tipo Epic Movie, ma è molto improbabile che ti dimentichi di certe scene che trovi in film molto peggiori come the Room o i Dinosauri della Dingo Pictures (ringrazio infinitamente l'immagine profilo :) )
