Jet Powered Motorcycles

The 2004 Movie "Torque" featured a Jet Powered Motorcycle that was really something to see and hear!
In my Army Days, Posts, I mentioned a young friend of mine, Brian O who was big into building Drag Racers and the like when he got a bit Older.
Brian built an Alouette Helicopter , Gas Turbine Engine ( everyone calls them Jets) into a Motorcycle Frame , and invited me around for the first startup!
He used a Pit bike to start the unit turning , when it later took , the rush of noise, combined with an immediate lack of Oxygen in the vicinity was literally "Breathtaking".
We virtually collapsed out of there.
Later I assisted Brian with building a twin Engined Jet Go-Kart, He had picked up 2 Compact Jet Motors with some Solid Fuel for them.
Brian Started it , in the Garage ( no wheels on it , yet), and it took off and went through the Back Wall!
When he tried to get more Fuel for it was nearly arrested , as the Fuel was classed as an explosive , which a Private Person could not legally purchase in South Africa.
This seems to add some power.

Wow this engine is umbelievable! It has so much power! Really cool how the bikes do the flyby! And the kart is absolutely incredible, especially at the nighttime scene when the gallery get all hot and red! Upvoted and thanks for the post!

In the first video, when those bikes do the flyby, the sounds are very futuristic. But good luck getting insurance for thing.

great looks and but what is it its optimum mileage and speed and how much cc bike it is....looks wise ...i must say its having amazing looks...

Gas Turbines are not worked out in cc., Very heavy on Fuel, about 400 kph.

I don't know how to say anything about that motorcycle....I cannot imagine if I can have it for myself. If I ride it, my tour Will be very wonderful...how about the price? Must be expensive as well as the quality and performance i think...
