Did you teach yourself how to fix bikes?

I studied 4 years of motor vehicle mechanics at school, though grew up taking my own bikes apart and repairing them from 9 years of age, by 15 years old I had owned around 30 or so bikes, I used to swap my xmas presents for them.
At 17 I was working on a grand prix racing team and travelling around Europe as the mechanic on a Suzuki rg 500 square four 2 stroke.
The rest as they say is history.

That's interesting, there's no doubt you know your passion inside out. I just want to learn to ride them and enjoy another hot summers day cruising around the country again.

You can have the bike for free, just pick it up or send a van, I only restored it for the fuck of it. Or because I could.

Nice!

I'll give it a good think over and see what I can do!

Oh yes. :-)

Fantastic work getting that rad fitted up. Enjoy the ride.

You know the hardest part was making up hoses to fit at weird angles.
I shall be riding it today, have a great day my friend.

Thanks mate and yes those hoses can get a bit tricky.
