WHY WORRY?
Worry is the act or state of being anxious over problems or issues. The thing is, if you can do something...why not start thinking solution. It will help your brain better and if you cant do anything about it...then, to what end is this stress all about.
Get over it and move on! Thats all there is to end this thing called 'worry'.
Practically, if you dont give something the much attention as it should get...soon enough, it will realise you dont have its time and simply walk away. And if the reverse is the case and you give much attention to something especially when its not reciprocated...you notice it will start showing attitude. I dont know if you've been in this state before??
Bottomline is:
Simply ignore the negativities around you and they will leave without notice!
