1. The antidote for fear is action.
The fear of starting something new can keep you trapped from making a move in the direction of your goals.
Feel the fear and do it anyway!
Look around you, is there anyone doing anything similar to what you are running from? Oh yes! A million.
Now brace up and go give your fears a surprise for the year! Just do it!!!
2. The antidote for distraction is focus.

Focus is slippery. There are no guarantees you would be focused for the entire year. But within your scope is the ability to focus on the now. Chisel your goals for the year into months, weeks, days and now!
Now is the most important determinant of your success.
Constantly ask, “Is everything I am doing now contributing to my overall goal.” Ask yourself this question as many times as possible in a day.
3. The antidote for procrastination is discipline.
Discipline! Discipline!! Discipline!!!
Were you expecting another long lecture on that too? No!
Discipline is discipline!!
4. The antidote for laziness is results.
People give up quickly for the lack of results.
Go for results, fruits not seeds, progress not motion and assets not liability.
Anyone making money is encouraged to work hard to earn more.
Fight laziness by scooping results.
NB: Just as Rome was not built in a day, some results take time to manifest and should be given a compliment of patience when dealing with these setbacks and embracing the ladder of great success.
