How to make your mind peaceful.

Peacefulness of mind comes from taking no stresses, worries and tensions in your mind. Peacefulness in not a thing like you need to chase it, it comes naturally from your mind. There are many suggestions that you can find on google that how make your mind peaceful. Sit down on a place where there is no noise from outside. Keep your back straight. Plug in ear plugs if you have them with you. Start taking deep breaths. Inhale and exhale. While doing it pronounce the word "AUM" again and again. Basically when you exhale air from inside to outside, all the negativity gonna blow out from you, keeping you calm and relaxed. Start reading to good books and novels with a good podcasts. Don't worry about your thoughts that are coming in your mind, let them come and go. After a month you will realize that your aggression level has decreased drastically, giving your mind a complete peacefulness and mental stability. As the title suggests, 'Peace is a result of retaining your mind to process'.
