DISTANCE.

Although physics made us to understand that distance is the length between two points. These two points can be a living and a living, a nonliving and a living or a nonliving and a nonliving.
Distance can be short or long depending on the relationship between the two points. Just like most things distance too can be physical and supernatural, the supernatural distance between human is what I call distance in heart. Two human can be sitted beside each other yet they are far in heart, they might hug themselves so tight and yet they are so far from each other. You look at the person before you and you smile but the smile is only within the face and not from the heart.
Distance causes loss of connection and eventually crashes relationship between people. When they are in love they become so close physically and so close in heart, they call each other repeatedly, always love to see each other and always thin about each other. When they see each other from a far distance they smile, although they are far from each other physically but their heart is next or even overlapping each other. They can talk for as long as 3-4 hours without getting bored. You know that feeling when you are somewhere far away from the one you love but you are thinking of how you will narrate your experience to the person, how to tell them those that offended you, those that approached you and lots of other things.

Memories you share with people get them connected to you, it’s now depending on you to be strongly or weakly connected. Share good memories with people and they will remember you for good which makes the connection stronger and the distance shorter.
It’s very funny how some people call you regularly to keep you closer to them. All thanks to modern technology which has provided us with lots of devices and platforms to keep us in touch, when we talk of social medias like Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Twitter, and Imo for video calls. They make us keep shorter distance.
When you have seen someone for a very long time, even though you stayed connected through internet and technology, you can’t just resist that urge to give the person a tight loving hug, that moment when the atmosphere becomes blue and cool, that feeling of euphoria.
Lovable memories keep shorter distance even if the person is far away from you physically.
