Stress
This is the baddest thing what can make you stop to achieve your target. but if you know the solution that how to remove it, you definitely can win your race.
1) Meditation
its the best way to bring control in your mind and body, try to wake up early everyday and meditate for AT LEAST 10 MINUTES.
2) Breath Deeply
Take a deep breath through your nose and breath out by mouth, because it supplies oxygen into your blood and help you to think positive
3)Relax
You deserve it when you work hard. just lie back and think something beautiful while moving toes.
4) Be calm
always try to stay calm when you feel stress and think about that what always make you happy
Always try to be normal and dream big, because only dream can give you drug to be alive
