Oh am a mess!!!!!!
How can I control this state of Melancholy?
Life could be really messed up sometimes, things get awry, we get sad and feel like our world is crumbling right in our faces. Life is never expected to be a bed of roses, so always brace up and be in anticipation of the unexpected. Moments could step in when nothing seems to be in order, your career is a mess, friends betraying, all life reflects are black and white with no colors to beautify the pictures.
If you have been such situations then you can easily relate to this, you feel really depressed and could be cajoled by your fears into suicide. How can I get over this periods?.... I wish this period could just pass, those are the things that saturate your mind. If you find yourself in such crossroad and confused on what next to do, here are some characters you could emulate and things that could be done at such times to help you pass such trying periods.
Stay distratcted as much as possible
You might be completely out of the game, things are looking chaotic with your life looking like a nightmare. However, how about bringing in some level of diversion, try to take you mind off things and situations that would make those distasteful thoughts reoccur. You could employ the use of a film, could be motivational, comedy or whatever, should be a type of movie that has been known to elevate your mood in the past. Try out music, they are really perfect for such situations, never stay alone, hang out with people that have got a positive sense and energy visit the cinema, club and the likes.
Be occupied
Rather than staying idle, you should always been in motion, always stay occupied, find new hobbies and develop yourself on new areas of attraction. You could attend seminars, dancing classes, learn a skill, try drawing...just try anything out of the ordinary, whatever you feel would help you in restoring your emotional balance.
Restrategize
You need to restrategize, getting the blueprint this time is really expedient through setting strategic target . Work on new idea’s and make sure they are creative, not something anyone can come up with, work on them, draft plans, create schedules, you can’t afford to waste time or joke at such dire time. Look out for opportunities you could exploit to the maximum, stay optimistic always.
Yes, you failed but it’s isn’t an excuse to fall deeper into that abyss
Meditation and exercise
Your positive energy must have depleted to a considerable level, you could spark up that energy by meditating which involves, you sitting down, relaxing, closing your eyes then concentrating and visualizing your plans and ways to achieve them and also making provisions for backup plans. You could as well hit the gym and release those endorphins which would give you better mood when you are done.
Believe in yourself and have faith
Believing in yourself is the best make to prepare your mind and stay turbocharged, you need to understand that your failure was only one step towards greatness, believe in yourself and competencies. Lastly never leave God out of the equation, do not blame him for your trails, rather pray to him to help you regain your previous state and balance. Remember we all are nothing without him.
