What Is "URR" Vision? Take Action To Realize It!

The wonderful ideas developing to make our Steem experience so special, all unfolded from a vision. Somebody had a vision!
Steemit-SUSU is a Steem community organized for cooperative economics to grow and support high performance action Steem accounts to generate daily Steem reward payouts. Furthermore, we facilitate the peer-to-peer trading of Steem Engine created tokens. We will simply reward Steem account actions that are not currently rewarded with Steem, which we believe will make the network better than great for the masses of social media networkers and cryptocurrency enthusiasts.
I think it is important to understand some fundamental realities about human behavior. Seeing is believing! A second hand testimony is subjective. First hand experience is a far more powerful and persuasive testimony.
It is the hope of our organization that members will be motivated to take actions that will create wealth for all parties engaged on the Steem blockchain. They will have a powerful persuasive testimony about wealth creation.
You know what is so crazy about the process for success, what actually materializes may look nothing like the vision. So, it probably is an essential prelude to action.
When the vision first appears in thoughts of mind, springing forth from deep feelings and passions about life, there is no plan to do anything! However, the person is motivated to take action!
The motivation to take action will produce the ideas that must be acted upon to realize the vision. Then those ideas are organized into a plan of action. Ideas will simply get people engaged and working to realize the vision.
The vision can be personal or one that you share with other people. Nevertheless, you must have a vision as a guiding light to your endeavor to be successful.
Once the vision is set forth before the eyes of one or many, an organized action plan must be worked to bring it to reality!
