In any competitive work field, and you’re bound to run into a wolf in sheep’s clothing. It’s a dynamic image. A shepherd watches over his flock to secure them from danger. He’d chase away any predator that tried to make its way into the flock.
A smart wolf wearing the skin of a sheep as a disguise can sneak by the vigilant shepherd and get into the herd unnoticed. This story isn’t just a colorful description–it’s a warning/caution to all of us to cautious the wolf in sheep’s clothing. They may seem innocent, humble, harmless but they have ulterior motives.
They’ll use various tactics to camouflage their intentions. The person who is kind and gentle to you, but undercuts you when you aren’t around is a wolf in disguise.
A wolf in sheep’s clothing might select your brain for ideas and then pass them off as their own to get a promotion. They’re always looking out for only themselves at the expense of everyone and everything around them.

Wearing a disguise has it's advantage

Most people don’t just go out of their way to manipulate others except they’re getting away with something from it.
Concealing their plans gives wolves the opportunity to manipulate other people to boost their own agenda. They surely know that what they’re trying to do would not be popular, or it might cause conflict if they presented themselves honestly.
They’ll be capable to do what they wish with little disruption if they put on an act. By the time people figure out their true intention, the wolf has what it wants.

Signs that someone is a wolf in disguise;

1. They live to take power instead of empowering others;

A wolf uses people as stepping stones to get the things that they desire. They're not concerned about what happens to the next person. A wolf at work might make you look bad during a presentation to make themselves look astonishing in front of the boss.

2. Wolves seem pleasant on the outside, but they’ll show you their teeth;

Practically, if wolves revealed their true identity, people wouldn’t fellow with them. They evolve a kind personal, but they can’t keep up the act 24/7. Sooner or later, they’ll reveal their aggressive tendencies. A wealthy person who delights in breaking the law may make sizable charitable donations to persuade people that they are kind and thoughtful. These donations mostly keep them out of trouble, but if someone calls them out, they destroy that person’s reputation to muffle the criticism.

3. They manipulate through emotions to get what they desire;

Most wolves know that they can get ahead by alluring to your emotions. They find out what you need and want and they give you just enough to keep you complaint and quite. For instance, imagine that your boss is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and you want to ask for a vacation. She might try to play on your feelings and guilt of insecurity to get you to skip vacation or take fewer days off.

Wolves are everywhere!!!

NOTE

In conclusion, as much as we want to believe that everyone has the best intentions, Will'll just get hurt at the end of the day. Some people only do things to benefit themselves, and they don’t care who they hurt in the process.
Wolves in sheep’s clothing can be seen in almost every setting.
You can’t get rid of them, but if you can pin-point them, you can avoid falling into their traps.

This is why people should be more aware about the people about them whether friends or family. When someone always looks out for only him or herself to the detriment of others, that person is up to no good.
People who oppress the weak, take food from the mouth of the poor, intimidate the insecure, deceive the unsure are wolves and they are never ferocious looking or evil smelling.
They tend to be amoral, they can't differentiate between good and evil and as far as it gets them what they want, they are ready to do it.

I love the title of this article. Very captivating.

When people are selfish, run from them. Everyone has a tendency to be selfish but we must pay attention to it within for us to really be true to ourselves.

We must not get carried away. Be sure the friendship is mutual

A wolf will always be a wolf. If the sheep are observant enough, they will be always be able to fish out the wolves from among them. It's good to trust people, but know who you are trusting because most people are out to exploit us but they'll first come out all nice so that you'll let down your guard

Awesome!
This simply so true and I must commend you for this.
I read a popular book called the laws of power, inside this book one of the nuggets says

'if you want to defeat your enemy, you make him feel comfortable and act in disguise and when the time is right you strike'

Immediately I read your firts paragraph this was what that went through my mind.
Some actions actually have their benefits and I am happy you have done Justice to the topic.

After reading a thought struck my mind. What if everyone has a wolf lurking in them? What if we are all pretending?

Hummmm.... A word for the wise....which everyone need to take it.
We shouldn't have 100% trust in anybody if we don't want to get hurt because some people don't care when they hurt others. Thanks for the word

That's how life is bro, believe and trust only in God and yourself. Thanks for the feedback
