Excellent expression, I'm sure that healthy people know how important the movement is. Many people because of their inconstancy can not in any way accustom themselves to train regularly, very often they do not finish training or jump from one sport to another without doing properly either. And then they wonder why they did not achieve the planned results. Excellent health, tightened skin, a healthy body and a cheerful mood is a worthy reward for hard and hard work on yourself. Thank you @greatpath

Yes, exercise is important to our life. We just have to get used to it. Do exercise in front of the TV watching your favorite show. Or, go outside on a nice day and ride the bike. Exercise should be fun and enjoyable so you want to do it. Plus, you get lots of benefits from it.
