The Start to an Unlimited Life

This is my first post for 2019. I know it is rather late, but I guess better late than never. I have been thinking a lot about what I want to do or try or accomplish in 2019, and the more I think about it, the more I want to do things that scared me or I have put off.

So with that in mind I made a decision to join a local soccer team to play in a competitive divisional league. I big, scary decision for me. I have never played soccer competitively before. But I have always wanted to try. Not for any other reason than to just see what it is like and how good/bad I am. I intentionally joined a big(ish) club, because I want to get the full experience. Good or bad, I am going to rock being a soccer player.

So, the second decision I made for the year is to commit to becoming a full time software developer in either AI/Machine Learning or Game Development/AR/VR. I have been putting this off because I felt like I was never good at Math and both this fields require quite a good grasp of Math. But if I am going to challenge myself physically with soccer, than I might as well challenge myself mentally also.
