MOTIVATION MONDAY: PERCEPTION
Perception, is said to be projection. Your perception determines how you react to the things going on in your life. How you make decision, how you relate to people, how you tackle problems as well as a lot of other things, all depends on perceptions. It is your perceptive that will allow you to judge, act and see positivity or negativity.

A look at an issue from different sides and aspects allows one to see different views and avoid being narrow-minded. What is your perceptive to your problem? Do you wake up every morning and every week, thinking about one single problem as an obstacle? Or do you wake up vibrant and full of energy to tackle it? Do you see the obstacle as a step to greatness or just as a block to your achievements?
Our perceptive allows us to feel empathy and realize what others are going through. As a boss, do you accept views and opinions from your workers and let them come up with solutions on their own? Or you force your idea and solution on them? Examining a problem from different angles and with different perceptive provides a lot of solutions, ideas and innovations.
Do you feel so discontent with your life? It’s your perceptive at work! Look at yourself and your surrounding and surely you will have hundreds of things to be grateful for. It’s all your perceptive. The little things you possess your life maybe big problems for other people. It is your perception that will allow you to see through that. It will allow you recognize that fact that you aren’t the only one with problems and everyone else around you also a demon they battle.
Your perception affects your relationship as well. Are you grateful to have your partner and accept the fact that he /she have flaws? Or all you ever see are the flaws and you keep bickering with your partner for that. Your perceptive of them allows you to appreciate things about them and get to understand their views when they make decisions. It allows you to slow down before jumping into conclusion or even judging.
Be open-minded, give others a chance and get good perceptive.
The eye sees only what the mind is prepared to comprehend.
