Motivation Journey
During my journey, I gained weight, I lost weight. Some days I've easily wandered through the creative layers of my mind; some days, the Internet to apply for motivation or I would meditate on a topic to create ideas. Life is full of declines and currents. The priorities will change.
Simple pleasures can turn into frightening tasks. Living in a good way towards yourself and yourselves is about changing your goals and perspective so that you can enjoy the process.
Once you see the results as quickly as possible and make it a priority to go there in a sustainable, beautiful way, you will realize that the failures are inevitably more bearable.
So that night, I decided to radically change my viewpoint and be more polite to myself. For me, this decision meant giving up shame on myself and, in any case, focusing on the positive.
Diets, temporary ambitions, short cuts would be no longer. I would understand that every day would be approached patiently, and that the road to health could not be found by shortcuts. And I would use any kind of struggle as a source of motivation.
