People produce results based on what they know (knowledge) and what they know how to do (skills), but to establish the perfect trilogy, a third element is needed: the motivation that is most important to us that the engine that drives us to obtain our goals and satisfy our needs.

When we arrive at steemit we find many doubts due to lack of knowledge, for many this ecosystem represents the first contacts with the world of technology, social networks and especially cryptocurrencies.
