When you meet someone for the first time and he or she is cold and unfriendly, all you need do is a warm smile. Do not ponder, "what's she or he feeling like"? To get through to people at whatever level, a show of love, patience and understanding gives you a good point of entry.
But wait a minute, why should I be friendly to someone who is saucy to me or who saw me walking but refused to say hello at first.
Well, If we tend to reason this way, the two side night not benefit.
