Some people dream of success while others incline awake to achieving it.

Sleep is the best form of tranquility.The question is now, should we continue sleeping and allow that rugged letter before G and after E to fall on us like banana?. Certainly not. The literal meaning is that we must read.

The egress is that when the examination period approaches, students can kindle go to extra mile to reading to avoid failure.

Is either they increase their study hours or even tend to read throughout the night which is due to individual differences of assimilation.

Almost not all of students usually feel gum in the eye when studying or about to study during this demanding period.

When we are faced with such a difficulties, two things are involved.

  1. Sleep peacefully and conveniently
  2. Remain awake to study

Sleep is the easiest to come in such scenario but in the other case, staying awake can be much of a taekwando.

To become a man is not a day job, getting good grades require sacrifices.

  1. Do not Drink Milk Before Going To Study

Truthfully, milk gives energy and helps in active brain power.
milk drinking just for the purpose of reading is offline, caught offside and off the arc, take fruit juice instead.

Fruit juice like orange(Citrus sinensis) and pineapple(Ananas sativum) will only sustain your activeness and concentration on your studies.

  1. Drinking lot of oxygen and Hydrogen constituent (WATER)

To avoid sleeping while studying, inculcate and encourage yourself by drinking so much of water not only to curb dizziness but a very good antioxidant of diseases

Excess intake of water will enable you to carry out 25-30 minutes study session with 5 minutes break even without enforcing it by visiting the loo.

This will only sustain you throughout your study period more on this note include showering.. WOW😍
Taking bathe often helps to ease, set and give energy to the body as whole as it will help in killing sleep and let blood circulation go properly round your body system.

  1. Taking NAP or Cat walk

Research has proven that taking a nap makes you have a clearer thinking, increases your alertness, eagerness, decreases stress, improve memory and enhance creativity. Taking naps do help most times helps to get going and to regain wear strenght.
Planning to study at night, do ensure you take nap during the day to help sharpen your focus at night of studying.

  1. Time Management

This is very crucial, critical, logical and important for every student. If you can’t manage your time properly, then you will realize that no amount of time given ll b enough for you to get set, which will leads to disorganization and leads to failure..

Student that plans to work against sleep must be able to strictly stick to his schedule and this entail mindset and strong determination.

  1. Eat good and healthy food and stay away from junkies.

6 Inculcate the habit of Reading Early in the Morning.

Reading very early in the morning as at the time range of 4am- 10am do helps in proper understanding of courses
This is so because sleeping has help to restart and restore concentration of the brain, the brain exhibit settlements, quietness and temperature of that particular time.

  1. Say no to Distractions

Once you are distracted, there is nothing much you can achieve.
Therefore, keep away anything that might pose as distractions especially your mobile phone and any other factor.

  1. Curb your Caffeine intake

The vogue now is solo coke or fanta, people mix different sought of drugs together with these drinks to make them high even they will be sipping while studying.

Another reason why you should stop intake of caffeine is dangerous for your health.

  1. Make research by studying online

This is because of a lot of engaging stuffs you will get to see online. A lot of facts backing your field of study that will widen intelligent quotient and increase the level of your understanding.

  1. Dont Workout Before Going To Study

There are some students that work out in the morning and as if that one is not enough, they go for the evening session.
When you over work your self during the day, there is 98.9% chance that you won't be active during the night to study for those who prefer night classes.

  1. Aviod lying on The Bed To Study

You are not deceiving the lecturers, you are deceiving yourself.

Logistically, the bed is meant to rest and sleep well. But over time, we have seen students change the destiny of the bed. They now read on the bed and eat on it most recently.
Lying on the bed makes you to be lazy and too relaxed. So imbibe reading on your reading table with a chair that allows you to rest your back well.

12 Dont dare difficult Courses at Night

Night study is meant for easy subjects and courses. Trust me, you are only deceiving yourself if you start reading a course that has been giving you problems for a long time because you will spend more time on a line in order to comprehend.
It is much more better to tackle those type of courses during the day when you are highly active.

  1. Lower the intake of Carbonated Drinks

There are large volumes of sugar present in carbonated drinks. Taking too much or even little has so much effect on your concentration which will make you fail asleep.
You should not be caught combining beans, bread and coke. You are embarking on suicide mission.

14 Listen to music

Do listen to your favourite music as it will help you relax and helps to cleanse off your addiction.

  1. Discover Yourself, find a conducive environment

So people prefer to read where there are noises while some do prefer a grave yard, but technically, Simply find a very conducive environment that works out best for you. Do not go to beach because a friend is going there because you might blame yourself afterwards.
