THE POWER OF COOPERATE VISION AND MISSION.....
Everything that an individual or organization has ever achieved is largely a product of his or her thought. Do you love that car, that beautiful house, you want to embark on that trip etc, they are all product of your thinking, your strategy and execution. A thinking man's life and business is driven y his vision and mission.

Deep down, people want to do a good job, to have a sense that they are effective. The vision cast a picture of what that looks like. It provide a visual, mental measure by which we can evaluate how well we are doing as individuals and organizations.

Without a vision, we might be okay with adequate effort, but when we have a vision we find ourselves pushing towards excellence because the result matters. Having non-strategic vision as obtainable in most of the small scale businesses and our daily lives has driven our focus wrongly. We rather think of immediate gains and profit hence we loose focus, deter the future causing the life-cycle of our business to be cut short.

• Do you really have a vision for your business and your individual life?
• Is your vision written down?
• Do you have a strategic plan showing were you want to be, where you want your business to be in the next 20, 30 years?

To define purpose, channeling of energy, enhance leadership, taking risk, excellence, reducing emergencies, motivation and more. Vision is a great planning tool.
