When I'm having a hard time understanding my school work or when I'm having a generally dull day, i switch over to brain teasers to help me relax and exercise my mind. Trying to solve
brain teasers has this awesome effect of energizing your mind and when i get back to the task i had at hand I'll be grasping things effortlessly.
