THE FUTURE IS NOW, LET TODAY COUNT. TOMORROW MIGHT JUST BE TOO LATE.

I can still remember vividly some couple of years back when I was still a little kid, back then in primary school there was this song we usually sing which goes thus “Parents listen to you children, clap clap, we are the leaders of tomorrow, try to pay our school fees and give us the best education, education”. The song still feels fresh in my memory though after several years.

Yes, we were all made to understand that we are the leaders of tomorrow. After several years on from the time I was in primary school till this very moment, it’s still kind of confusing to me though; what really is tomorrow? Because at times I still wonder when exactly will that tomorrow come? Will it ever come at all? People often say the future is tomorrow and tomorrow is the future whichever way.

Minute after minute, day by day, months after months we are made to wait for tomorrow. A lot of people have passed away patiently waiting for their tomorrow that never came, it’s quite unfortunate. As a human being, I always try as much as possible to think differently from the way other people think, often times I like to be different and I was made to understand quite a number of things on my own by myself.

Well, I can’t keep waiting for tomorrow and am sure there are people out there who also feel the same way I feel. Waiting for tomorrow might be dangerous, as time waits for no one. The future is NOW and it is written all over our hands only if we are not too blind to see it. Let us start to do something productive as from now henceforth, make that move and take that giant step forward because the future is now and I mean now. What are you waiting for? GET UP, THE TIME IS NOW.
