Yes we do need to take care our body.
Researchers found that doing daily exercises, not only helps you to keep your body fit, but also it will helps to improve your brain activity as well. Also workout will reduce your stress and helps to keep claim your mind. So practice Yoga or do daily exercises at least 30 minutes, you will feel the deference.
