We are always our worst enemy. In fact, if half of us paid attention to the abuse we serve on a daily basis, we would be shocked.

Understanding and knowing that you are good enough and perfect, just as you are, is a very liberating feeling, one that will help you live your life to the fullest. You already have everything you could possibly need or want - it all lives within you and then expresses itself outwards.
