What is better is creative environment where guilt free, confident Christian pursue a few activities wholeheartedly. Reaching this enriching environment does not require grouping in shrouded mystery.

It has a lot to do with applying genuine biblical motivation.
In Genesis, people were created with something to do, form the beginning, we were giving the capacity to “rule over fish of the sea and birds in the air,” to subdue the earth and fill it, and to work the garden.
The imago Die is expressed in Dominion and work.

These affects our view of motivation and reward. Work matters! Our striving do not have to relate exclusively to sweet by and by. To stay motivated is to find reward in ones work. The scripture do not argue this, they assume it. And the greatest reward is seeing progress and achievement in something you perceive as external significant.

Though we discourage people from asking, “whats in it for me?” we do well whenever we begin a new program to ask, “can my people find legitimate and significant rewards in participating”
