Letters for you new steemians

In the world of steemit many new steemians are so eager to make posts, there are long and short in story telling, it's all their will and their style. In the making maybe some new steemian drain time up to several hours and hope can be pleasing for those who read it.
Without realizing this new steemian often do "upvote please", "reestem please" and "follow me please", while for those who have long steemit steadily always said "do not ever beg," yes .. it is very confusing some steemian. Asking for "upvote" is not allowed whereas between their posts I think is nice and worthy of respect.
Then where are they wrong?
Some tricks may be that these new steemians have tried it from communication through comments, through "chat and maybe they try to glance at some robots to be able to appreciate their posts, but what hand power is not up, using a robot requires a fee while the new steamas are very limited either SBD or SP.
Step by step these new steemians try and try again, start experimenting from short postings, post english beringgasa, post plagiarism to try reesteem postings of steemit predecessors. But the result is the same, the expected amount is the same.
Steemit and his predecessors are very confusing to us new steemis, and he says in steemit we can help each other upvote, but I think it is only in certain circles is not common. With them in the same group we can not expect the predecessors to remain busy with their supporters and their own posts, perhaps the hopes of these predecessors will one day be his right hand steemit.
Helloo ... and then our new steemian will stay at the line below the average or maybe the bottom. But what cares in this steemit they are all looking for money and luck.
