Doing what you want in life
Sometimes it's something I struggle with. It can be confidence that get's in the way , believing that your not good enough, or it's too hard to do something. We don't want to feel bad feelings like rejection so we do anything to avoid them. Really the truth is to just do it and learn from it. It is the only way as there is temptation all around us which distracts us from what we really know is good for us. Do something tiny but brilliant today!

These days theory is most often taught to help others avoid certain "mistakes" in the practical application. But I think these practical obstacles are very helpful and worth to be experienced. I prefer hardships on the road instead of painstakingly attempting to skirt them! ;)
Yes very true, we are taught to avoid, avert, skip around anything that's difficult! So no wonder our planet has so many problems. I think many people are slowly waking up to how better to allow and accept the "problems/requirements" we have in our lives.

You are right our biggest enemy is always ourselves telling us we can't do it!
Yeh we must always bring ourselves back to the truth which is we really can. But only through daily practice of being with any uncomfortable feelings unconditonally will we integrate the emotional baggage and feel motivated to do what we want!
