So it would be better if you have motivation to work that prioritizes the values of life and not because of being moved by money. Those who work for values think how to channel what they have to use. Since we were little, we were ordered to be the people who succeeded in achieving our ideals and spread the benefits as widely as possible and since the success of a small human being is always described as a human who has become a "person".
"People" here means that humans can realize and use all the functions and capacities within themselves for the good of others and society, not only for their own personal interests. Some countries such as China, South Korea and Chile prove that modern humans care more about personal needs such as health and family relationships, not just because of money. When basic needs can be fulfilled properly, money is not the main goal of human work.

Work is an activity to help help between humans, while money is only one result obtained from this activity.
