Knowing what to do and doing what needs to be done is the difference between being wealthy or poor, healthy or fat,happy or sad.
Talk about your actions, not your knowledge. Everyone knows what to do, they just have enough excuses worked out to avoid the challenge. The biggest enemy to a great life is a good life. Being comfortable and content means you've stopped growing. Not one person has ever reached their fullest potential.
