Servanthood Solutions To The Problems Of Leadership

The problem of leadership is indeed causing a lot of confusion and sickness in the body of christ.

The only solution to this problems is serving in leadership position with a servant heart I.e "servanthood" when the servanthood is embraced by leaders, it will help solve the problems of leadership in the following ways.

1. Leaders will be able to see their calling into leadership as a call to serve

2. Leadership will not place themselves over their followers

3. Leaders will be able to consider themselves as people who are privileged to serve God

8. Being a servant will help leaders to be humble to the extent of bending to serve others

9. Leadership will not be seen by leaders as a means for personal aggrandizement.

10. The spirit of servanthood will also make it easy for leaders to emulate the leadership pattern.
