Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines fly to Erbil

لوفتهانزا والخطوط النمساوية تلغيان رحلات إلى أربيل

أعلن متحدث باسم مجموعة لوفتهانزا أن الشركة والخطوط الجوية النمساوية ستلغيان رحلات الطيران إلى أربيل يومي السبت والأحد مقتفيتان أثر شركات طيران أخرى.

وقال المتحدث "بسبب إغلاق الحكومة المركزية العراقية للمجال الجوي لأربيل حاليا، سيتم إلغاء رحلات طيران لوفتهانزا والخطوط الجوية النمساوية اعتبارا من السبت 30 سبتمبر 2017 وحتى الأحد الأول من أكتوبر".

وتفرض الحكومة العراقية الحظر ردا على الاستفتاء على استقلال إقليم كردستان العراق الذي لقي معارضة من قوى خارجية.
Lufthansa Group announced that the airline and Austrian Airlines will cancel flights to Erbil on Saturday and Sunday, following the impact of other airlines.

"Due to the closure of Erbil's current airspace by the Iraqi central government, flights to Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines will be canceled from Saturday 30 September 2017 until Sunday, October 1," the spokesman said.

The Iraqi government imposed a ban in response to the referendum on the independence of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, which was opposed by external forces.
