Help with what?

Here's an example: help with selling your million dollar house.
You probably have a job doing something besides selling real estate. And you probably have heard that it's been a seller's market here in Dallas, TX. So, being an unlicensed, non-professional real estate person, you think, "Hey, I'll just put a sign in my yard and put it on FSBO.com and I'll save time and money!". This is totally wrong.

If you want to get your money's worth from a buyer, you want serious buyers working with serious agents. But do serious agents want to work with YOU? No!

Great real estate agents build their business working with great professionals in the field: like mortgage brokers, title agents, inspectors, etc. When it comes down to negotiations and contracts and amendments and phone calls and scheduling, we want to work with other Licensed Professionals who understand the process in and out.

If you go FSBO, and IF you get a [wannabe] buyer, they won't be pre-qualified nor pre-approved. And the only agents calling you are the ones with a work-ethic and tough-enough skin to ask to list your home. Because they MAKE their living.
