استفاق الشعب المغربي بالامس على قرار حكومي غريب الا وهو الابقاء على الساعة الاضافية وتاكيد ترسيمها واعتبارها توقيت دائم للمملكة وهذا القرار اشعل موجة غضب لدى الساكنة المغربية التي تعتبر ان هذا التوقيت ليس في صالحها نظرا للمخاطر الصحية والامنية التي قد يواجهها التلاميذ والموظفين وكذا عامة المواطنين بمن فيهم النساء والاطفال حيث سيكون عليهم الخروج في وقت مبكر في عز الظلام الدامس وكذالك العودة الا ما بعد غروب الشمس وهذا يشكل خطرا كبيرا في ظل وجود الجريمة وازمة النقل في تلك الاوقات

انه لقرار غريب من طرف المسؤولين الحكوميين الذين لم يراعو هذه الظروف وانهم لايهم مصلحة المواطن الامنية والصحية وما يهمهم هو مصلحة اقتصاد البلاد كدرجة اولى الذي يؤكد احد المسؤولين انه في مصلحة المغرب الابقاء على هذا التوقيت الزمني مؤكدا أن الارتباط الاقتصادي للمغرب باوروبا يعد من أبرز الأسباب التي دفعت الحكومة إلى اتخاذ القرار وذلك بهدف تقليص العجز في الميزان التجاري

وفي الوقت الذي اتخده المغرب الى انزال وتطبيق هذا القرار الجديد حسم الأوروبيون فيه موقفهم في إلغاء التوقيت الصيفي ( +1 ساعة) حيث اتخذ الاتحاد الأوروبي قرار إلغاء التوقيت الصيفي في جل دول الاتحاد الأوروبي تقريبا
الم تفكر الحكومة في حال المواطنين المغاربة قبل اتخاد القرار الم تهمهم مصلحة المواطن بدرجة اولى غريب امر هذه الحكومة
