KENDRAPARA: A 33-year-outdated instructor declined endowment and rather got 1001 saplings as wedding blessing with the ladies guardians consenting to the strange pre-condition set by the man in Odisha's Kendrapara area.

The spouse Saroj Kanta Biswal said from his youth days he was a nature sweetheart.

"I was against settlement framework in marriage. Other than I am a nature sweetheart appropriate from my youth days. That is the reason I had demanded getting 1001 saplings of natural product bearing trees. Likewise, the wedding occurred on Saturday," Mr Biswal said.

The marriage was solemnized in a grave way and there was no band gathering or sparkler appear, said Ranjan Pradhan, an occupant of lady of the hour's town in Adampur under Marshaghai tehsil of the locale.
