I found out that it is to do hearing test but it is senior people who have registered. Me? I’m too old to get a job and too young to be senior by their standard.

The problem is with neither old enough to be taken care and old enough nobody wants to hire. I think that's becoming a global problem that HR still practicing they selection criteria they use decades ago.
